RFID technology in the library

RFID technology in the library :
Among the various applications of RFID technology can be noted to used in libraries. RFID tag containing identifying information such as the book title, author, publisher, date of publication, type of paper and do not need to use a separate database for this information. Library automation system includes a software library and a series of hardware equipment that in general, mechanization of librarianship process and lending are the aims of it.

Software Library :
Software library consists of two parts "system management" and "member". The "management system" of this software is an integrated system of library services in order to organize the books, theses, articles and... by cataloging them and the "members" can reserve books, book search, view List of books and more.

User identification to lend the book :
There are two methods in conjunction with the user identification to lend books :
The first method is a traditional method, the curator of a library asks user code from the user and enter it manually to enter the user account and do the operation, but the second method is speed and no more errors, use of smart RFID cards.

Some managers prefer that the client search the book through software and then he can go to the books shelf to other books, articles and similar dissertations and assess them. In this case, we can use RFID gate at the entrance to the library and install the tags inside the book for the development of the customer access to books and  books security and prevent their unauthorized exit.
